Why do we overeat?
Overeating usually fills a need. Some people overeat to compensate for an unpleasant experience. Others eat excessively to reward themselves or simply for self-entertainment. Some want to be noticed, feel a lack of love, to offset fear, overcome frustration, boredom, and and stress.

There are many reasons people become overweight - hormone imbalances, slowed metabolism, overeating, poor nutrition, digestive problems, toxin overload and lack of exercise are some of the most common. Using holistic health techniques can be especially helpful, especially for women who are over the age of 45. Many women get to the point where they can no longer lose weight.
